Account Management - Add line-item cost-center assignment for all extensions (user, AA, HG, CC, etc). Large and small Evolve Customers need to be able to allocate expenses in great detail (not just at the site level). Ossmosis should allow customers to assign a Cost Center Number for each item in the Account Analysis. This cost center information would roll-up into the monthly invoice and parse out the amounts by individual cost centers across the entire account. A cost center list could be administered through Ossmosis, with controlled access. The list would then be usable via a search or drop-down list inside each of the line items. A site level default Cost Center would be assigned for each site, but the users, AAs, etc. Cost Center setting could override it.
