Put the phone numbers for support on the Evolve IP Help Center page
I like to submit tickets via the help center page because I can include pictures and logs. However sometimes, I need to call about a ticket and it would be convenient to have the phone numbers needed right on the support page so I don't have to go look them up

Jason Jefferies AdminLisa, good morning. I followed up with Support Mgmt and they are opting not to add their phone number to the Support Home Page. I believe the first line in your request sums up the reasoning...being able to include pictures and logs via the portal allows clients to provide better details on the issue at hand, rather than describing it over the phone. What I can suggest is that you add the Evolve Support phone number to your 'My Contacts' in UC-One for easier access.
