Emails from Support regarding a ticket don't include the entire conversation
It is extremely frustrating to get separate email responses for an open ticket with no history of the conversation. It would be most helpful if they would be a continuous thread for ease of reviewing information supplied by both sides and a sense of the time line of the ticket.

jeff martis AdminThanks Janice- we've taken this back to our dev teams and they're reviewing it with our support management team to consider cleaner options of conveying the history.
