Re-Enable Password Change via UC-One Desktop App
Hello,
We used to be able to change our password (anytime) via the UC-One Desktop App by going to Options -> General (there was an option to "update password"). This option has since been removed in the latest releases. I put in a ticket w/ support on this and they confirmed that it was removed and directed me to the Personal Portal to reset my password instead. Except most people don't use that portal and many do use the app all the time - it would be much more convenient to be able to reset it through the app like we used to be able to. Why was this removed? Can you please add it back?
Additionally, having the same option in the mobile app would be nice as well.
Thanks much!

jeff martis AdminHi David,
This was more than likely part of the new version- we can check back with the development team and update you once confirmed what the options are.
Thanks. -

Lisa TranAs an alternative, a link you can click from the ap that would send you an email to reset the password - at least then you don't have to remember how to get to the portal
