Updating Forwarding Page In Ossmosis

There should be an option to enable and disable remote office and enter the number in the Call Forwarding page for a user. Right now it can only be found in the Users Page List of all users and selecting the 3 dots and going to User services. There should also be a more direct way to adjust the ring total besides having to enable call forward no answer, update the ring total, then disable call forward no answer. Customer get confused by this.
