Better Ticket View/Report
Would like a better means to view tickets. Currently there is no acceptable way to see how many tickets are open without exporting to Excel. I would like to be able to sort and filter tickets by create date, close date, and status. Would also like these fields added to the extract.

Moderator AdminThank you for your feedback Dennis. We are currently using an IBM application for ticketing. We are moving to JIRA Service Desk later this year in 2020 that will give us greater flexibility for managing tickets via the web as you suggest. Current target is 2nd half 2020.

Michael RivaUnder this new support ticket system, how do you check the status of tickets submitted.
I put two (2) requests in the past two days and can't see their status anywhere.
How does an admin, review their tickets?
