Users should get notification emails when their voicemail mailbox is getting full

There should be a global setting where the system will automatically notify users when their voicemail mailbox is getting full. We should be able to set the threshold of when the alerts will go out.

Thanks for your recommendation. For current workaround, most users 1) turn off voicemail on their phones and opt only for a WAV file to listen on any device and then their mailbox never fills up and 2) adds voicemail transcription to enhance the experience (added cost per user).

Moderator, it seems you missed the point of the request. We need to alert the users via more than just a light on their desk phone.

voicemail is et to 30 min storage. With the new voicemail storage release you are able to see the thresholds on how much storage has been used.
