UC One Chat Design Issue

Customers are reporting that when they send a message from UC One mobile that it doesnt not show up in UC One for PC and vice versa. This is a poor design by UC One as this is confirmed to be the intended behavior in the user guide as quoted below

"Why aren’t all my chat messages available in my other devices?



All 1-1 chat messages are saved, but only locally, so they are not necessarily available in your other devices. Incoming messages are sent to all devices; however, the ones that you send are only stored in the device that you are using to send the message. "

I am requesting we open up a vendor ticket with Broadsoft so that outbound chat messages show up in conversation on both PC and Mobile versions.
