Allow of download of raw smdr / cdr records for time period

Current reporting tools are weak and slow. Even when you do get a report to show calls they do not even come out sorted based on call time. Download will all customer to use their own reporting tools until such time that ossmossis reporting features can be enhanced.

Our engineers have been working on a Data Warehouse project for the better part of a year where we compile call data from all of our various applications into a central “hub”. There will be some basic templates, based on common requests for our clients, but for the most part, clients will have the ability to massage this data anyway they choose, which aligns nicely with your raw CDR request.

I would suggest letting some of us have access to it so we can help develop it from a customer perspective instead of it meeting Evolve's needs and not ours.

When it's ready, I would have no issues with adding you as a beta tester for the Data Warehouse. Evolve is developing the DW with ALL clients in mind.
