Enhance hunt group or create multiple call group
Would like to have a hunt group or multiple call group with a few additional simultaneous ring users and then have option for users to have immediate ring, Delay 1 or Delay 2. Delay values would be configured as x number of seconds. The big use for this is where we have the primary users who are responsible for answering the calls then it brings in supervisors and managers as calls go unanswered.

Jason Jefferies AdminThis functionality currently exists using your No Answer and/or Not Reachable Settings within each HG (i.e. after X seconds forward the call to another destination. This can be another HG, which can have the same users as the primary HG with the additional of managers and supervisors you desire).

Bill GeorgeThat option ties up multiple extensions or DID's and is harder to manage. When a change in staffing changes you have to go and redo many levels of huntgroups. You then also have many extra things cluttering up the global contact list that people should not even be calling in the first place. While this suggestion is a workaround to the system limitation it is not a replacement for the desired functionality.
