Administrative Technical - Un/Assign Hunt group member and/or call center agent/extension from the user's extension/seat
Example: Agent Bob Smith x12345 needs to be added to 5 hunt groups across multiple sites. Rather than visit the 5 sites, then add him to the individual hunt groups one at a time, allow and administrator to select which hunt groups he needs to be in from his user extension/seat. This would allow the admin to select the site and hunt group, right from one the user's seat location.
Similarly this would be used to add/remove Call center agents from multiple queues across multiple sites, right from the user's extension seat.
This would also be used to quickly identify whether the extension/user is in/correctly assigned to one or more hunt groups and/or call center queues without having to search each site/queue one at a time. Additionally, we could quickly remove the extension that is improperly assign.
