Standard set of status reports are needed
Examples include but are not limited to:
Show the status of Auto-attendant Call Forward Advance. Is it enabled? If so, what are the applied rules?
Similar reports for Hunt Groups, Call Centers
Other reports that would be useful include user configuration (not the provisioned user report). We need to see all user information visible on the user pages, including department, email, mobile phone, remote office, call forwarding status, etc.

Business hour and Holiday reports for Auto-attendant, Call Centers, Hunt Groups, etc.
