Manage pickup groups and buttons

Need at customer level to have pickup groups and direct extension pickup. This has been the biggest complaint from an end user side on migrating to Evolve

Call Pick Up Groups are available via Feature Access Codes, but the functionality is not available in OSS. You will need to call into Support to have those groups stood up before utilizing the feature.
