Ability to block numbers or send numbers to voicemail on user level
There should be some way you can set a list of numbers in the system and if the number is a match either disconnect the number or automatically direct it to voicemail. Doing this at a corporate level and contacting support whenever one of your many users wants a number blocked is unmanageable.

Good news is that we do have this functionality using our OSSmosis Personal Portal (https://evolveip.my-cloud-manager.com/PersonalPortal/login.jsp) This will allow individual users to set up Call Rejections, Call Forward Selective, etc (assuming their seat types include these services. Logins are usernames and application passwords. Please test for yourself and let me know if this works for you.

Within Ossmosis, going to Telephony Setup -> Location and then going to the bottom right of the screen, you should see the blue circle with the white squares in it (FAB- Floating Action Button). Clicking the FAB, should open a new menu and one of the options is BLOCKED NUMBERS. Selecting that choice will open a window granting the ability to manage blocked numbers for departments that users belong to. Hope that helps.
