Reset voicemail box via OSSmosis 5
A button in OSSmosis 5 to reset a voicemail box, default all greetings, and delete all messages that clients/customers can have access to.
Currently if a BroadSoft User seat is re-purposed for a new person. The new user will have to call into the voice portal to record a new personal name/greeting as well as busy/no answer messages and listen to and delete all previous voicemails.
While OSSmosis 5 offers a way to default the busy/no answer greetings, there is currently no way in Ossmosis 5 to 'reset' a mailbox to default including the personalized name and to remotely delete voicemail boxes.

Bill GeorgeThis is a very basic feature in most other voicemail systems. Will save much time not having to delete and recreate in order to get the out of the box experience.

Jason Jefferies AdminGood suggestion and one that was submitted earlier this year from one of our own Support technicians. It is gaining some followers to have it added into OSSmosis, but we have not added it to our backlog for development based on other projects. Due to the response we have already received, I will look to make a decision on adding this to the backlog in our upcoming sprint review with our teams.

Bill GeorgeEvolve is saying that development is based on user votes. At the moment this has the most votes with 19 of any feature request in all boards. When can we expect it?

Bill GeorgeThis is the highest voted request of all of the boards and is almost one year old. Can it get on the planned list. In the medical field there is constant turnover and getting something reset for a new employee is very cumbersome.

As for the previous messages in the voicemail box, are your users using UC One or Webex yet where they can delete voicemails from there? -
