Templates in O5 for users.

In O5, we could have templates for new users. For example, customers can set up templates for different types of users (Call Center Agents, Call Center Supervisors, UC-One only agents and so on). The customer can set up in advance a template for a specific role and assign any services or licenses that a person will need. Instead of customers telling us to mimic a specific person, they can tell us to assign a specific template. This can go beyond just assigning licenses but also assign them to hunt groups, call centers, set up specific voicemail greetings. call forward options and so on. This can make the provisioning process much quicker and get one step closer in letting customers provision their own users. The only thing we would need to add is specific things like the person's name, phone and/or extension, email, phone model and MAC address if applicable.
